This patient disliked her sagging breasts after pregnancy. Since she wanted limited scarring on her breasts, Dr. Shumway suggested 520 cc silicone breast implants above the muscle instead of implants with a mastopexy. The patient is very happy with her results and loves the fact that scarring was limited to her crease.
