This 33 year old female patient was seeking a cosmetic surgeon in the San Diego area to give her fuller breasts. She discussed having a breast augmentation with Dr. Shumway to correct her small breast size. She was a 34-A cup size and desired to achieve a full C, small 34-D cup size. Using a peri-areolar incision, Dr. Shumway inserted 520 cc Smooth Round, Full Profile Silicone Gel implants under the muscle.
